(Circleville, Ohio) - Today Berger Health System and MediGold announced the renewal of their contracts. Under the six-year agreement, the 2,100 MediGold members covered in Pickaway County will continue to be able to access local care at Berger Health System, including inpatient, outpatient and physician visits.
“Berger has a longstanding relationship with MediGold and the new agreements will ensure Pickaway County residents can continue accessing the quality care provided at Berger,” said Tim A. Colburn, President & CEO at Berger Health System. “From my standpoint, it is important for Pickaway County MediGold members to be able to receive their healthcare locally,” added Colburn.
In addition to the unprecedented six-year contract term, Berger and MediGold also negotiated contract assignment in the agreement. We look forward to serving seniors and other Medicare beneficiaries in Pickaway County for years to come," states Mike Demand, MediGold President and CEO.
